We design and craft small home décor accents and custom pieces (e.g., bathroom fittings, engraved entrance signs, lighting profiles without bulbs, clocks, frames, wall art). This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and warranty claims work.

1. Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if all conditions below are met:

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All parts/hardware and accessories are included
  • Original packaging is intact (inner wraps, cartons, inserts)
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation/receipt)

Not returnable: custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved signs, made-to-measure profiles/sizes/finishes), items that were installed or show signs of use, and items damaged due to improper handling or installation.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us first with photos and your order number. After approval:

  • Repack securely with all original materials
  • Ship with tracking (and insurance where available) via your local courier/EMS
  • Returns must be sent to our workshop in Israel; the return address will be provided in the approval email

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived defective.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility & Process

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery and follow the same eligibility conditions as returns. Contact us to request the desired replacement. Any price difference will be charged or refunded. Standard lead times apply to made-to-order pieces.

3. Warranty

Coverage

We provide a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal indoor use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, surface marks from use, improper installation, exposure beyond intended conditions (e.g., moisture/heat), or modifications/repairs by third parties.

Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact us with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos
  • We may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, or replacement of the item (at our discretion)
  • For custom/personalized items: if the defect is ours, we will repair or remake the item

4. Damaged or Missing Items on Arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll assist with the carrier claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund according to our assessment.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your request will apply.
