3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown in the selected currency on the site. Taxes/VAT and duties, where applicable, may be calculated at checkout or charged by your local authorities. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, in the case of suspected misuse, error, or unavailability).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide by fast express air with tracking, including to Europe and the United States. Dispatch and delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and any related fees are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved entrance signs, made-to-measure profiles, custom sizes/finishes) are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with photos so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with our policy.
